We would like to inform you of the new Base Lending Rate, effective from 20 September 2023: for VND 8.5%/year, for USD 6%/year.
For Customers who loans have disbursed before 20 September 2023, the Base Lending Rate mentioned above shall be adjusted following the Rate Fixing Period indicated in Notice of Drawdown and in accordance with the regulations of the State Bank Vietnam (if any).
The above change is based on the terms and conditions stated in the Facility Agreement entered into by and between you and UOB Vietnam (including any amendments and supplements thereof from time to time). This Notice shall constitute an integral part of the Facility Agreement.
