With this new policy, your password must be 8 to 24 characters including at least 1 numeric character, 1 uppercase & 1 lowercase character.
From 30 October 2021, you will be prompted to update your password according to this new policy when logging into Internet Banking and UOB Mighty mobile app.
After password update, you are able to continue to use our online banking service normally.
