Why isn’t my eStatement available yet?

eStatements are generated at the end of each statement cycle. They may not be available if you check earlier.

Why didn’t I receive an eStatement this month?

eStatements are generated only when there is activity or an outstanding balance. If there are none for the month, no eStatement will be generated.

I received a cash rebate through point redemption. Does it count towards my payment? How much do I need to pay?

Cash Rebate via point redemption credited to your account after statement date will be treated as payment and apply towards the current month’s minimum or total payment due (if any). You are responsible to pay the remaining balance of the required minimum and/or total payment due reflected on the current Card Account statement to avoid any fee and charge and delinquency impact.
