Personal & Family Liability
Indemnification in the event of a third party claim for death or bodily injury and/or property damage occurring at or near the premises during the period of insurance and in connection with the right to own or use the house.
Personal Accident
Indemnify family members residing permanently with the policyholder at the insured location (ages 5 to 65 years) in the event of death or permanent disability anywhere within the geographical limits due to accident, and medical expenses up to 10% of the main insurance amount for each person.
Additional benefits (Free)
1. Loss or damage to the maid's personal property:
- Compensation limit: 4.000.000 VND total during the policy period.
2. Additional costs for temporary accommodation:
- Limit of Indemnity: 10% of Total Sum Insured for Parts (Building, Refurbishment Costs, Property Inside).
- Number of months covered: up to 6 months in total.
3. Death compensation for the insured:
- Limit of indemnity: 50% of the insured amount of the sections (Building, Refurbishment Cost, Property Inside), up to 160.000.000 VND.
