I’m having trouble registering for the UOB TMRW app. What should I do?

Scan ID Card

  • Ensure your device supports NFC and it is turned on
  • Ensure your ID photo is clear and fully visible
  • Use a well-lit environment (not too bright or dark)
  • Place your ID card on a flat surface with a plain background for better visibility (remove holder)

Scan your face

  • Hold your phone at eye level (~30 cm away) and keep steady
  • For face verification: Look straight and follow head-turn instructions
  • Avoid others in the frame
  • Do not wear hats, sunglasses, or face coverings

Note: If it still doesn’t work, close the app and try again
