Q1. What is UOB Personal Internet Banking?

UOB Personal Internet Banking & UOB Mighty app are the specialised platforms developed by UOB to provide secure online banking services. These platforms let you access your bank accounts and carry out banking transactions anywhere with an Internet connection, providing you a convenient way to manage your finances. 
Please remember to create your Personal Internet Banking account to start using them.

All UOB customers holding at least one of the following accounts can bank with UOB Mighty:

Your device must also be able to run UOB Mighty. UOB Mighty runs on any iOS device with iOS13.0 or higher or an Android device running 10.0 or higher.

No. There are no extra fees when using the UOB Mighty app. When using certain banking services including but not limited to wire transfers to other banks in the form of cash deposit or foreign currency transfers, there will be applicable fees.

Please refer to guidelines on How to register SecurePlus Token.
Upon successfully registered SecurePlus Token on UOB personal internet banking, you will be receiving the device within 5 working days for location inside Ho Chi Minh City or 7 working days for location outside Ho Chi Minh City.

You can use your active ATM card to retrieve Username and/ or reset your Password on UOB personal internet banking platform (both website & app version). Please find here for detail guidelines.
